How To Make Venison Tips and Rice

A satisfying meal made with venison tips simmered in beef-flavored rice with tender green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and onion.

  • 1tbspvegetable oil
  • 1lbvenison stew meat
  • 1green bell pepper,seeded and sliced into strips
  • 1red bell pepper,seeded and sliced into strips
  • 1small onion,chopped
  • 6⅘ozbeef flavored rice mix,(1 package)


  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the venison chunks, and cook until nicely browned on the outside and almost cooked through.

  2. Prepare the beef flavored rice mix according to package directions.

  3. While the rice is cooking, add the venison, green pepper, red pepper, and onion. Simmer until rice is done and peppers are tender.
