How To Make Turkey Jambalaya
Make use of those leftover Thanksgiving turkey by turning them into this delicious turkey jambalaya.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup water
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 lb chorizo, cut into small chunks
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 14 ½ oz tomatoes, undrained, stewed
- 2 cups turkey, chopped, cooked
- 3 cups Minute White Rice, uncooked
Instructions

In a large skillet, cook and stir celery, green pepper, onion, and chorizo in hot oil over medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until chorizo is cooked through.
- Add tomatoes with their liquid, the water, turkey and seasoning; mix well.
- Bring to boil.
- Stir in rice.
- Reduce heat to low; cover.

Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
- Mix lightly before serving.
