How To Make Tilapia with Cilantro-Lemon Butter
Our light and tasty tilapia recipe is topped with a savory cilantro-lemon butter for a richer meal! Whip this up for dinner in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- ½tspsalt
- ½tspground cumin
- ½tsppaprika
- ¼tspground red pepper
- 6oztilapia fillets,(4 fillets)
- 1tbspolive oil
For Cilantro-Lemon Butter:
- 3tbspbutter,softened
- 3tbspfresh cilantro,finely chopped
- 1tsplemon rind,grated
- ½tsppaprika
- ¼tspsalt
- 1lemon,quartered
Instructions
Cilantro-Lemon Butter:

Simply combine the butter, cilantro, lemon rind, paprika, and salt together in a bowl. Use a spoon to stir and mash until blended.
Tilapia:

Combine the salt, cumin, paprika, and ground red pepper in a bowl, then sprinkle them over both sides of the fish.

Lightly coat the fish with cooking spray.

Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the fish, then cook 3 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Place the fish on a serving platter, then top with a dollop of cilantro-lemon butter.

Serve with a lemon wedge, to be squeezed on top of the fish, and enjoy!
