Ingredients

  • 2tbspbutter
  • 1tbspolive oil
  • 8ozwhite mushrooms,whole or sliced to preference
  • 2garlic cloves,minced
  • ½cupheavy cream
  • ¼cupparmesan cheese,grated
  • 2ozcream cheese,softened
  • 1tspItalian seasoning
  • ½tspsalt
  • ¼tsppepper
  • fresh parsley,chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium sized skillet over medium high heat, add the butter and olive oil. Add the mushrooms and garlic and sauté until tender.

  2. Add the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Stir with the mushrooms and heat until the sauce is bubbly and smooth.

  3. Serve immediately, garnish with fresh parsley, and enjoy!
