- 4pcsflounder fillets,(6 oz each), or any white fish such as tilapia
- ¾cuponion,chopped
- 2garlic cloves,minced
- ¾cupgreen bell pepper,diced
- 2½cupstomatoes,chopped
- 1tbspcajun spice seasoning
Instructions

In a deep skillet, cook onion and garlic in olive oil on medium heat for a few minutes until soft.
