Ingredients

  • 8 pork chops
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 10 ½ oz cream of mushroom soup
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup country Dijon-style mustard
  • ½ tsp dried thyme, crushed
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 potatoes, medium, cut into thin slices
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown, pork chops on both sides in hot oil.
  2. Drain.
  3. In stoneware combine mushroom soup, chicken broth, mustard, thyme, garlic and pepper.
  4. Add potatoes and onion, stirring to coat.
  5. Place browned pork chops on top of potato mixture.
  6. Cover cook on Low for 10 hours or on High for 5 hours.
