Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick each
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp Crisco Vegetable Oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 8 Tbsp Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
  • 8 oz pineapple chunks
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp instant white rice, cooked
  • green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Season chops with garlic powder. Heat oil in a skillet.

  2. Add chops and cook until browned.

  3. Add onion. soup, pineapple with juice, water, soy, and honey.

  4. Heat to a boil.

  5. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until done.

  6. Serve with rice and garnish with green onions.
