How To Make Pan-Fried Chicken & Sweet Potato Bowl
Simple pan-fried chicken is served in a bowl of hot and tender sweet potatoes with green beans.
Ingredients
- 2 cups green beans, canned, drained
- 2 sweet potatoes, skinned
- 5 oz chicken breast, cubed into small pieces
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Head the olive oil in the pan and cook the chicken pieces until completely cooked.
- While you’re waiting for the chicken to cook, poke holes in the potatoes and pop them in the microwave for 3 minutes each.
- Wait until they cool and then chop them.
- Once the chicken is done, add the rest of the ingredients, including the potatoes, and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve.
