How To Make Honey Balsamic Garlic Mushrooms

Sticky sweet and earthy, these garlic mushrooms are a delicious vegetarian side dish. Pair this up with some steak or roast meat for a tasty meal.

  • 1tbspolive oil
  • 16ozwhole mushrooms,you can also used sliced
  • salt and pepper
  • ¼cupbalsamic vinegar
  • 1tbsphoney
  • 4garlic cloves,minced
  • fresh parsley,chopped for garnish


  1. In a medium sized skillet over medium high, heat add the olive oil. Add the mushrooms and salt and pepper. Sauté for 1 to 2 minutes until they start to become tender.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk balsamic vinegar, honey and minced garlic. Add the sauce to the mushrooms and continue to sauté for about 3 to 5 minutes until the sauce reduces and mushrooms are tender and coated in the sauce.

  3. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Enjoy!
