Ingredients

  • 4 oz. pork chops, boneless
  • 1/8 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil, extra virgin
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups frozen peas

Instructions

  1. Warm a large skillet over medium-high heat and coat with cooking spray.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine salt, ground pepper, onion powder, and thyme.
  3. Rub pork chops with seasoning mixture.
  4. Add pork chops to skillet and cook for 4 minutes on each side or until well browned.
  5. Remove pork from heat and set aside.
  6. Combine olive oil and garlic in skillet. Cook for 3 minutes.

  7. Return pork chops to skillet and add in peas.
  8. Cook for an additional 3 minutes or until pork is no longer pink at the center and peas are heated through.
  9. Serve warm.
