
How To Make Chili Cheese Burrito
Turn leftover chili into a filling and delicious dish in this chili cheese burrito recipe. It's made with rice and cheddar cheese.
Ingredients
- 2 cups chili, leftover
- 4 flour tortillas, (10-inch) burrito size
- 2 cups rice, cooked
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
For Serving:
- cilantro, finely chopped, optional
- salsa, optional
- sour cream, optional
Instructions

Lay a tortilla on a flat surface. Arrange about ½ cup of chili in the middle of the tortilla. Top with ½ cup of rice and ¼ cup of cheese. Sprinkle with cilantro if desired.

Fold 2 sides of the burrito in, then fold the remaining sides over to form a small packet. Please seam-side down on a plate. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling ingredients.

Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat lightly with nonstick spray if desired. Heat the filled burritos on 1 side for 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown. Carefully flip and continue heating on the second side.

Serve with salsa and sour cream if desired. Enjoy!
