How To Make Cauliflower Stroganoff
Cauliflower stroganoff is a unique twist to the traditional beef stroganoff. Fresh cauliflower and mushrooms are used instead of beef. Served over rice.

Ingredients
- 20ozcauliflower,frozen, 1 bag
- 2tbspolive oil
- ¼cupbutter
- ¼tspsea salt
- ¼tspblack pepper,ground
- ¼tsponion powder
- 4ozmushrooms,sliced and drained, 2 cans
- ¾cupmilk
- ¼cupwhite wine
Instructions

Place cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave until softened for about 1 minute.

Pulse cauliflower in a food processor into small pieces roughly the size of rice.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Melt butter in the skillet and add cauliflower, salt, pepper, and onion powder.

Add mushrooms and milk. Bring to a boil and add white wine. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens for about 10 minutes.
