
How To Make Buttery Garlic Herb Chicken with Zucchini
A mix of oregano, rosemary, and thyme gives this herb chicken its mouthwatering flavors. Enjoy with the crunch of zucchinis for a more filling dish!

Ingredients
- 3tbspbutter
- 4garlic cloves,minced
- ¼cuporegano,freshly chopped
- 1tspfresh rosemary,chopped
- 1tspfresh thyme,chopped
- 1lbchicken thighs,or breasts, boneless skinless
- salt and pepper
- 2zucchini,medium sized, sliced
Instructions

In a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat, add the butter until melted. Add the garlic, oregano, rosemary and thyme.

Add the chicken and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until chicken is no longer pink and 165 degrees F.

Remove chicken and set aside on plate.

Add the zucchini to the pan and salt and pepper. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Add chicken back to the pan for a minute or so.
