- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper, to taste
- ¼ cup water
Instructions

- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Add water and cover immediately. The steam will cook the top of the eggs; it takes just 1 minute or so, depending on how well done is desired.
