How To Make Healthy Turkey Loaf
This turkey loaf is a great low fat alternative to the traditional meatloaf, yielding a juicy and filling meal that’s made in under one hour!

- ½lbground turkey
- 1egg
- ¼cupsalsa
- ⅛cupred bell pepper,chopped
- ⅛cupyellow bell pepper,chopped
- ¼cuponion,chopped
- ¼cupdry bread crumbs
- lemon pepper,to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine the turkey, egg, salsa, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, onion, bread crumbs and lemon pepper.

Mix well with hands until blended. Roll into a small loaf and place on a foil-lined baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
