Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 4 florets broccoli, finely diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 can mushrooms
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 3 pkg brown gravy mix
Instructions

Mix all ingredients together except the gravy mix.

Form into a meatloaf ball.

Make the brown gravy mix according to package directions and pour over meatloaf.

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
