Ingredients

For the Meatballs:

  • 2lbsmeatballs,frozen

Or

  • 2lbslean ground beef
  • ½small onion,ery finely diced
  • ½cupbread crumbs
  • 2eggs
  • 1tsppepper

For the Sauce:

  • cupsketchup
  • ¾cupgrape jelly

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Mix together all meatball ingredients just until combined. Form into 1-inch meatballs. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.

  3. Combine sauce ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir until preserves/jelly melts.

  4. Allow boiling for 1 minute. Toss with meatballs and allow to simmer on Low for 10 to 15 minutes.
