Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 8 oz beef-flavored rice and vermicelli mix
- 2 ⅓ cups water
- 8 oz frozen meatballs, cooked
- 2 cups frozen broccoli, thawed, chopped
- ½ cup red bell pepper strips
Instructions

Prepare rice mix according to package directions, but add meatballs right after adding seasoning packet and water.

Heat to boiling.

Stir; reduce heat; cover and cook for 15 minutes.
