
How To Make Asian Glazed Meatballs
These glazed meatballs are juicy pork meatballs seasoned with ginger and green onions and smothered in a sweet-sticky glaze full of Asian-inspired flavors.

Ingredients
For Sauce:
- â…”cuphoisin sauce
- â…“cupseasoned rice vinegar
- 3tbsphoney
- ¼cupsoy sauce
- 1tbspgrated ginger
- 1tbsplime juice
- 1clovegarlic,minced
- 1tspsesame oil
- ½tspsriracha sauce
For Meatballs:
- 2lbsground pork
- 1½tspsesame oil
- 1cuppanko,or breadcrumbs
- 1tspground ginger
- 2tspcornstarch
- 2eggs
- ½cupgreen onions,thinly sliced
Garnish (Optional):
- sesame seeds
- green onions,sliced
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Combine all meatball ingredients in a large bowl and mix just until combined. Roll into 36 meatballs and bake 18 to 20 minutes or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium high heat and let boil 3 minutes. (The sauce will thicken slightly as it cools)

Once meatballs are cooked, toss with sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired. Serve on their own or with rice.
