How To Make Sirloin Burgers

This gourmet burger adds something exquisite to your dinner table brought on by the red wine and the Havarti cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground sirloin
  • ¼ cup red wine
  • 1 pkg onion soup mix
  • 1 egg white
  • Havarti Cheese, slices
  • buns, grilled until slightly toasty
  • lettuce
  • tomato

Dressing:

  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • salt
  • white pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and shape into small patties.
  2. Grill over hot coals to desired doneness.
  3. A few moments before the burger is done, place one slice of Havarti cheese on the burger to melt.
  4. Mix ingredients above and season with salt and pepper to taste.
