
How To Make Sirloin Burgers
This gourmet burger adds something exquisite to your dinner table brought on by the red wine and the Havarti cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground sirloin
- ¼ cup red wine
- 1 pkg onion soup mix
- 1 egg white
- Havarti Cheese, slices
- buns, grilled until slightly toasty
- lettuce
- tomato
Dressing:
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- salt
- white pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and shape into small patties.
- Grill over hot coals to desired doneness.
- A few moments before the burger is done, place one slice of Havarti cheese on the burger to melt.
- Mix ingredients above and season with salt and pepper to taste.
