- 1 ½lbsground beeflean
- 1yellow onionchopped
- 1red bell pepperchopped
- sea salt and ground black pepperto taste
- 1 ½cupsketchup
- 3tbspapple cider vinegar
- 3tbspWorcestershire sauce
- 3tbspbrown sugar
- 3tbspyellow Mustard
- 3tbspbarbecue saucehickory flavored
- 2tbspParmesan cheesegrated
- 5largehamburger bunstoasted
Instructions

Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes, or until completely browned.

Add the onion and bell pepper. Season with sea salt and black pepper, and cook for about 7 minutes, or until vegetables soften.

Stir in the ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard, and barbeque sauce.

Reduce heat to low and simmer the mixture for about 10 minutes, or until thickened.
