Pork Loin Chops with Apple Cider Sauce Recipe

An amazing recipe for simple pork loin chops that ensures you juicy morsels of meat every time. This delicious chops are finished off with a decadent apple cider sauce that keeps it moist and glistening to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 pork loin chops
  • seasoning salt , to taste
  • black pepper , to taste
  • garlic powder, to taste
  • ½ tsp poultry seasoning
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 oz frozen apple cider concentrate, thawed
  • ¼ cup dry sherry

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

  2. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Sprinkle chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and poultry seasoning.
  4. Place in hot oil, and brown on both sides.
  5. Drizzle Worcestershire sauce over chops, and pour in apple cider.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove chops to a plate, and return frying pan to stove over medium-high heat.
  8. Stir sherry into pan, and boil until sauce thickens, stirring frequently.
  9. Serve sauce over chops.
