- 6 tilapia fillets
- 1 pkg pork flavoring, can be found in baking section, flavor oven fry
- ¾ cup onions, crushed
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup water
Tartar sauce
- 5 sweet pickles, chopped
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F..

In a shallow dish, beat egg and water.

In a separate shallow dish, mix together pork flavoring and crushed onions.
- Dip tilapia fillets in egg wash, then put in crumb mixture (be sure to smash lightly and coat well).
- Turn onto foil-lined baking pan.

Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes.
