How To Make Teriyaki Kimchi Fried Rice with Tofu
Go Asian with this Teriyaki Kimchi Fried Rice made with a fusion of Japanese and Korean flavors and marinated tofu for a healthier meal.

Ingredients
- 2cupsfirm tofu,diced
- 1cupteriyaki sauce
- 1tbspvegetable oil
- 1½cupskimchi
- 2large eggs
- 2cupswhite rice,cooked
- 2tbspsoy sauce
- 1tbspsesame oil
Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the tofu and teriyaki sauce. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated tofu and cook for about 5 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove the tofu from the pan and set aside.

To the same pan, add the kimchi and cook for about 3 minutes until heated through.

In a small nonstick pan, fry the eggs over easy for about 2 minutes.

Add the rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.

Top with the fried eggs and serve.
