  • 20 oz whitefish fillets, or seabass, skin-on
  • 4 tbsp olive oil, plus more for brushing
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp garlic, minced

For Serving:

  • vegetables, grilled
  • rice, steamed

For Garnish:

  • dill, fresh, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine the garlic and the soy sauce in a bowl.

  2. Marinate the fillets in the marinade for 15 minutes to 20 minutes.

  3. Prepare the grill by setting it to high heat. Brush the surface with olive oil. Use a pastry brush.

  4. Remove from marinade the brush with olive oil.
