How To Make Crab Rangoon
For this crab rangoon recipe, garlicky crabmeat and cream cheese are wrapped and deep-fried into crisp, golden perfections.

- 8ozcrab meatimitation crab meat
- 8ozcream cheese
- 1largeclove garlicminced
- ¼tspWorcestershire sauce
- 12wonton skins
- 1eggbeaten
- oilfor deep frying
Instructions

Chop up the crabmeat in small pieces.

Mix well with the cream cheese, garlic and Worcestershire sauce.

Add 1 teaspoon of filling to the center of the wonton.

Brush the edges with the egg and pinch the corners together to form a four-cornered star.
