How To Make Skillet Curried Chicken
Best served over rice, this one-pan curried chicken combines tender chicken, savory chutney, and fresh bell pepper with curry powder for a tasty dish.

- 2½lbschicken pieces,cut up
- 3tbspolive oil
- 3tbspcurry powder
- 12ozchutney,(1 jar)
- 1red bell pepper,thinly sliced
- 1lime,cut into wedges
- ⅛cupgreen onion,chopped, for topping
- ¼cuppeanuts,chopped
Instructions

Rinse the chicken and pat dry.

In a large skillet, heat the oil until almost hot. Add the chicken, skin side down. Brown the chicken until lightly browned on both sides.

Add the curry powder, chutney, and red bell pepper. Simmer 30 minutes over medium-low heat.
