Teriyaki Pork Crockpot Recipe

This Asian-inspired crockpot dish is easy to throw together and you can make the sauce while it cooks.


How To Make Teriyaki Pork Crockpot

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup apple juice, unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp ginger, ground
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • tsp pepper
  • 3 lb pork loin roast, boneless, halved
  • 7 ½ tsp cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp cold water

Instructions

  1. Combine the first 7 ingredients in a greased slow cooker.
  2. Add roast and turn to coat.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until a thermometer inserted into the roast reads 160 degrees.
  4. Remove roast and keep warm. In a saucepan, combine cornstarch and cold water until smooth. Stir in cooking juices.

  5. Bring to boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.

  6. Serve with the roast.
