How To Make Mandarin-Style Country Crockpot Ribs

An easy crockpot recipe to satisfy your Asian palate. The tenderized meat combined with a delicious sauce will make you ask for more.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tbsp catsup
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 4 lb country style ribs

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except ribs and brush on both sides of ribs.

  2. Place ribs in crockpot and pour remaining sauce over ribs.

  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.

  4. Half everything for 2 pounds ribs and use a small clove of garlic or 1/4 teaspoon from a jar of crushed garlic.

  5. Serve when ready and add garnish if desired.
