These oriental beef strips are just bursting with rich flavors. It's impossible to resist and goes perfectly well with a cup of rice.

Ingredients
- 1 lb top round steak, or bottom round steak , thin sliced
- 1 large onion, cut into chunks
- 8 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 087 oz dry brown gravy mix
Instructions
- Cut round steaks in 1-inch strips, trimming off all excess fat.
- Put strips into crockpot.
- Over this add onion chunks, garlic powder and soy sauce.
- Add water to the dry brown gravy mix.
- Pour over meat mixture.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
