Smoked pork shoulder that’s very tasty and tender. The maple syrup adds a subtly sweet flavor that glazes the meat. With our ham recipe, each bite is a mesmerizing burst of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 6- lb. smoked pork shoulder
  • 1 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard powder
  • 1 whole onion
  • 4 whole cloves
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in crockpot - peel onion & push cloves into shoulder.
  2. Cook for 8-10 hrs on low setting.
  3. Roast then easily seperates from fat leaving the most wonderful moist pieces of ham.
