Ingredients
- 1 6- lb. smoked pork shoulder
- 1 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. mustard powder
- 1 whole onion
- 4 whole cloves
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in crockpot - peel onion & push cloves into shoulder.
- Cook for 8-10 hrs on low setting.
- Roast then easily seperates from fat leaving the most wonderful moist pieces of ham.
