How To Make Easy Crockpot Italian Chicken Breast
This crockpot recipe is a filling and hearty dish that uses chicken breast soaked in an Italian dressing for a flavorful taste.
Ingredients
- 5 chicken breasts, medium
- 2 cups Italian bread crumbs
- 1 bottle Italian dressing, 16 oz
- 2 yellow onions, peeled and chopped
- cooking spray
Instructions

Spray your crockpot with the cooking spray.

Layer the onions on the bottom of your crockpot.

Put the bread crumbs in a large, shallow bowl and pour half the Italian dressing.

Wait for a few minutes until the crumbs soak up some of the moisture and then pour the rest in.

Slather the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture.

Layer chicken then onion then chicken again in your crockpot until you run out.
