How To Make Easy Crockpot Chili
Cooked with beef, tomatoes, and kidney beans, this easy crockpot chili is spiced with cumin, paprika, oregano, and parsley for a loaded, flavorful dip.

Ingredients
- 3lbslean ground beef
- 2medium onions,diced
- 4cloves garlic,minced
- 1bottlelight beer
- 28ozwhole tomatoes,with juice
- 14ozdiced tomatoes
- 14oztomato sauce
- 15ozkidney beans
For Seasoning Mixture:
- 4tbspchili powder
- 1tbspcumin
- 1tspsmoked paprika
- 2tspparsley
- 1tspsalt and pepper,each
- 1tsporegano
Instructions

Combine seasoning mixture with ground beef and mix until well combined.

Brown ground beef, onions, and garlic until no pink remains. Drain any fat.

Add beer and simmer until most of the liquid has evaporated.

Combine beef mixture and all remaining ingredients in a slow cooker. If desired, slightly mash the whole tomatoes.

Cook on High for 4 hours or Low for 7 to 8 hours.
