How To Make Crockpot Vegetarian BBQ Sandwiches
These are delicious slow-cooked sandwiches made with protein-rich jackfruit.

Ingredients
- 2 cans (20 oz each) of young jackfruit in water or brine, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 tsp of paprika
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions

Put the jackfruit in the crockpot and add the BBQ sauce, onion, green pepper, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Cook on low for 4 hours.

Use a fork to shred the jackfruit and mix it with the sauce.

Serve the jackfruit on hamburger buns.
