Crockpot Barbecue Spoon Burgers Recipe

An incredibly easy bbq burger recipe to throw together in minutes. Can be served on buns, or over noodles or rice. You won’t need to pan-fry or grill the meat because with the help of the handy-dandy crockpot, it’s possible.

How To Make Crockpot Barbecue Spoon Burgers

Burger meat cooked for hours in a crockpot to result in a flavorful and meaty creation.

  • 1 ½ lb ground beef
  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup onion (chopped)
  • ½ cup green pepper (chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • ¾ cup water
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  1. Brown ground beef in skillet, drain fat.
  2. Combine all ingredients in crockpot; stirring well.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hrs or on high for 3-4 hrs.
  4. Serve over warm hamburger buns, noodles or rice.
