How To Make Crockpot Barbecue Spoon Burgers

Burger meat cooked for hours in a crockpot to result in a flavorful and meaty creation.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb ground beef
  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup onion, chopped
  • ½ cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • tsp pepper
  • ¾ cup water
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in skillet, drain fat.
  2. Combine all ingredients in crockpot; stirring well.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hrs or on high for 3-4 hrs.
  4. Serve over warm hamburger buns, noodles or rice.
