How To Make Crock-Pot Pork Chops

Pork chops simply flavored with garlic, onion, salt and pepper are slow-cooked with beef broth until tender, juicy, and extremely flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 2lbspork chops,boneless
  • 1packetpork gravy mix
  • ½tsponion powder
  • ½tspgarlic powder
  • 1cupbeef broth
  • pepper,to taste
  • 2tbspcornstarch,(plus 2 tbsp cold water)
  • ¼cupheavy cream

Instructions

  1. Add the gravy mix, onion powder, garlic powder, broth, and pepper to your slow cooker. Give it a stir.

  2. Add in the pork (submerge it in the liquid as best as possible).

  3. Cook on High for 3 to 4 hours or Low for 6 to 8 hours.

  4. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and cold water together. Add it to the slow cooker, along with the cream.

  5. Let it cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens up.
