Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef cooked and seasoned with onions and garlic
  • 30 oz can tomatoes or tomato sauce , (I use tomatoes)
  • 5 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 4 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 oz bitter chocolate
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 5 cloves
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • kidney beans, optional

Instructions

  1. Throw everything in the crockpot and cook well. That's all.

  2. Once your Cincinnati chili is finished cooking, serve it and enjoy!
