Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef cooked and seasoned with onions and garlic
- 30 oz can tomatoes or tomato sauce , (I use tomatoes)
- 5 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp red pepper
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 oz bitter chocolate
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 bay leaf
- 5 cloves
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- kidney beans, optional
Instructions

Throw everything in the crockpot and cook well. That's all.
