Creamy Crockpot Salmon Pasta with Dill Recipe

This yummy dish mixes a lot of flavors in your crockpot. The salmon is made very tender and is topped off with creamy Parmesan cheese. Don’t forget the dill on top for a truly great finishing taste!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, diced
  • 1 lb spaghetti pasta, or linguine pasta, cooked and cooled
  • oz yellow onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup seafood cream
  • 14 oz asparagus soup, (1 can), condensed
  • cup parmesan cheese, grated or powdered
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp dried dill
  • salt and ground black pepper, to taste

For Garnish:

  • ½ tsp parsley, per serving, chopped

Instructions

  1. Spread the bottom of your slow cooker with butter, then add the rest of the ingredients except for salt and pepper.

  2. Cover and cook on High for an hour.

  3. Adjust seasoning to taste with salt and pepper.

  4. Garnish with parsley and serve.
