How To Make Southern Breakfast Casserole
Sausage and tater tots in a surprisingly delicious breakfast casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage
- 2 bags tater tots
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups cheese, any kind, shredded
Instructions
- Brown sausage in skillet until done.
- In a separate bowl, stir together first 4 ingredients until combined.

Pour ½ mixture into 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.

Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese, pour remaining mixture and cover with cheese.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
