Sausage and tater tots in a surprisingly delicious breakfast casserole

  • 1 lb sausage
  • 2 bags tater tots
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups cheese, any kind, shredded


  1. Brown sausage in skillet until done.
  2. In a separate bowl, stir together first 4 ingredients until combined.
  3. Pour ½ mixture into 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.

  4. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese, pour remaining mixture and cover with cheese.

  5. Bake at 375 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
