How To Make Reuben-Pierogie Casserole
Perfect to pair with a creamy soup or salad, this Reuben Pierogie casserole is cheesy and easy to make in less than an hour. Perfect for quick meal prep.

Ingredients
- 2tbspsoftened butter
- 17ozfrozen pierogies,(1 package)
- 16ozsauerkraut,(½ can) drained
- ¼lbdeli corned beef,sliced, chopped
- 8slicesswiss cheese,(1 oz)
- 1cupthousand island salad dressing
- ½cuprye bread crumbs
Instructions

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with softened butter.

Arrange the frozen pierogies into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the sauerkraut over top then layer with the corned beef and Swiss cheese.

Spread the salad dressing over the Swiss cheese and sprinkle evenly with the bread crumbs. Wrap the dish with aluminum foil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil and continue baking until hot and bubbly for 10 to 20 minutes more.
