How To Make Pennsylvania Dutch Ham and Noodle Casserole
A classic dish from the olden days, this ham and noodle casserole is a combination of ham cubes, onions, and noodles in a creamy cheese sauce.

Ingredients
- 1tbspvegetable oil
- 2cupsham
- 1onion
- 1canCampbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2cupscheddar cheese
- 5cupsegg noodles
Instructions

Heat the oil in a 4-quart saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the ham and onion and cook until the onion is tender.

Stir the soup in the saucepan and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low.

Add the cheese and stir until the cheese is melted. Add the noodles and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.

Serve with glazed carrots or other vegetables of choice!
