  • ½ lb whole wheat pasta, of your choice, cooked
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 6 oz canned tuna, drained, broken in chunks
  • 1 tsp paprika

  5. Combine pasta, tuna, paprika, and sauce.
  6. Transfer to a casserole and cover with foil.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.
