  • 9large eggs
  • ½cupheavy cream
  • cupwhite onion,finely diced
  • 1tbspbutter
  • 1cupcheddar cheese,shredded
  • 1⅓cupsham,diced
  • ½cupgreen pepper,or red
  • salt and black pepper,to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Cook onion in butter over medium heat until softened. Cool.
