- 9large eggs
- ½cupheavy cream
- ⅓cupwhite onion,finely diced
- 1tbspbutter
- 1cupcheddar cheese,shredded
- 1⅓cupsham,diced
- ½cupgreen pepper,or red
- salt and black pepper,to taste
