How To Make Christmas Hash Brown Potato Bake
Christmas mornings just got a lot more festive with this potato bake, a filling casserole loaded with bacon, eggs, and cheddar cheese!

Ingredients
- 1lbbacon
- 6eggs
- 1pinchsalt and ground black pepper,to taste
- 1cupmilk
- 16ozfrozen hash brown potatoes,(1 package), thawed
- 1cupcheddar cheese,shredded
- 1tspbutter,or as needed
Instructions

Place the bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until evenly browned. Drain bacon slices on paper towels and crumble.

Beat the eggs in a bowl and stir in milk. Season with salt and pepper. Add the bacon, hash browns, and ½ of the Cheddar cheese.

Butter a casserole dish and press mixture into the dish. Top with the remaining cheese.

Cover the casserole and refrigerate to let flavors mingle for 8 hours to overnight.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Uncover the casserole.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1½ to 2 hours until eggs are set.
