How To Make Chicken Parmesan Casserole

Every day is a perfect day for a casserole dish. In this chicken parmesan casserole, we are enhancing the dish by adding Mozzarella cheese and chili flakes.

Total: 45 minutes



  • 1tbspolive oil
  • 6pcschicken breasts(boneless, skinless)
  • ¼tspchili flakes
  • 3cupsmarinara sauce
  • 2cupsmozzarella cheese(divided)
  • 2cupsParmesan cheese(divided)
  • 2cupscroutons(garlic and butter flavor)
  • parsley(optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil on medium-high heat and brown the chicken on both sides for 3 to 5 minutes on each side.

  3. Add the chicken to the baking dish and pour over any juices from the pan.

  4. Add the chili flakes and the marinara sauce over each piece of chicken.

  5. Add the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the chicken.

  6. Add the croutons on top then finally top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

  7. Bake uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes or until the cheese is melted and browned and the chicken is cooked all the way through.

  8. Garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.
