How To Make Beef Nacho Casserole

Seasoned ground beef with chunky salsa, corn, and cheese.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups tortilla chips, divided, crushed
  • 12 oz chunky salsa, or 1 jar
  • 1 cup Birds Eye sweet corn, thawed & drained
  • 2 cups Kraft Monterey Jack cheese, shredded & divided
  • ¾ cup Miracle Whip dressing
  • 1 tbsp chili powder


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Brown meat. Then, drain.

  3. Stir in salsa, corn, dressing and chili powder.
  4. Layer ½ each of meat mixture, chips and cheese in 2 qt. casserole. Repeat layers.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

  6. Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes if desired.
