How To Make Baked Broccoli Cheese Casserole

This broccoli cheese casserole is baked in a rich sauce with mushroom soup and mustard. It’s topped with crackers for crunch, then baked until golden.

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 30 minutes
Total: 40 minutes



  • cooking spray
  • ½cupbutter,(1 stick)
  • 15ozcream of mushroom soup,(1 can)
  • 2large eggs,beaten
  • 1cupmayonnaise
  • 2cupshredded cheddar
  • ¾cupParmesan,freshly grated
  • 1tbspDijon mustard
  • kosher salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1lbbroccoli,defrosted, frozen chopped
  • RITZ Crackers,crushed
  • parsley,freshly chopped, for garnish


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a casserole dish with cooking spray.

  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter. Add soup, eggs, mayonnaise, cheddar, Parmesan, and mustard, and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Layer broccoli on the bottom of the baking dish.

  4. Pour saucepan mixture over broccoli and sprinkle all over with RITZ.

  5. Bake for 30 minutes until golden and bubbling.

  6. Garnish with parsley before serving.
