How To Make Chicken Liver Appetizers

Wrapped with bacon, these 3-ingredient chicken liver appetizers are seasoned with garlic salt and broiled in just 15 minutes for a scrumptious dish.

  • 12chicken livers,fresh, halved
  • 1tspgarlic salt
  • 12slicesbacon,cut in half

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to broil.

  2. Sprinkle each ½ chicken liver with garlic salt to taste. Wrap ½ slice bacon around each chicken piece and fasten with a toothpick. Place on a broiling pan.

  3. Broil for 5 to 7 minutes. Turn pieces over and broil for another 5 to 7 minutes, or until chicken livers are cooked through and no longer pink inside.

  4. Serve hot.
