How To Make Broiled Scallops
Made with just 4 ingredients, these perfectly broiled scallops serve a quick and scrumptious dish in just 13 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1½ lbs bay scallops
- 1 tbsp garlic salt
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Turn broiler on.

Rinse scallop and place in a shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with garlic salt, melted butter, and lemon juice.

Broil 6 to 8 minutes or until scallops start to turn golden. Remove from oven.
